I really think I know when certain things are going to happen. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had a feeling something would happen and it comes true. Just last night I was thinking to myself, “What if Brandi doesn’t make it here because something happens to her car?” What do you know… something happened to her car. I really need to start following my instincts instead of shrugging them off as me being paranoid, which I always seem to do.
I’m not a psychic by any means, but I have had odd occurrences where things come true that I’ve thought about. I think everyone has a little bit of a psychic ability. This just adds to my belief that everyone’s lives are already planned out, and everything we will do or say in the future is programmed into our minds already. I think that’s how I’m able to know certain things. This is what I believe.
Interesting. Maybe you are a psychic and you don’t know it. I am not convinced psychic abilities actually exist, but what you describe is worth exploring. thanks for sharing.
Following your instincts is always important. It can help you more than you know.
It’s almost certainly not the case in what you describe, but I’ve seen people believe they have psychic abilities due to selective or faulty memories. Like maybe an older relative momentarily doses off at a birthday party and when they wake up, they are certain the cake will be chocolate… but 5 minutes ago, it was announced that it’d be chocolate and they just retained the knowledge but forgot how they got the knowledge. Can be funny to see it happen.
How does your stated belief in a predetermined life impact your views of morality? Does evil exist, or did bad people just get unlucky with their fate and programming? Whether true or not, the idea of being swept along like that seems somewhat depressing to me.
Happy Birthday Eve!
Well, it’s kind of like déjà vu. When that happens, I really think that I dreamed that already, which is also what leads me to believe that everything is programmed in our brains. Of course I have no proof, it’s just a theory. But every single person has moments where they think something is going to happen and it does. They just usually don’t think too much of it (like I do). It could be coincidence, but maybe not.
That kinda stuff happens to me too, not always good though.
